Scepter 7 Technologies LLC has designed a license to fit within your school district's budget. We offer a network/site license
which permits you to use our software on as many Windows 2000 Servers as you want. This license is ONLY issued to individual school districts. You may contact us for a custom quote if you represent a non-single school district.
Our licensing makes it easy to implement our software according to your hardware and network configuration. The only thing your users need to view your data is Netscape
or Internet Explorer, and of course the proper permissions from your software administrator. Please be sure to check out the
minimum hardware and software requirements prior to purchasing our software.
Annual support provides you with a license for all versions released
throughout the year, as well as product updates and technical support by e-mail.
Installation support is included for thirty days from date of purchase.

An unencrypted, source code license is available (contact us direct for a price quote). This form of license permits the licensee to alter and/or customize the Schools In Touch application files. The
standard application files come encrypted and are not modifiable by the licensee. The license does not grant the licensee
the right to distribute or sell any portion of the Schools In Touch application (standard or customized) and/or source code
(standard or customized). Title to all copies of the Software (standard or customized) remains with Scepter 7 Technologies LLC. Scepter 7 Technologies LLC
is the original author, the sole distributor and legal owner of its Software products.

Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and may vary slightly for international installations. Some sales taxes,
G.S.T., or V.A.T. may be applicable if you cannot prove that you are non-profit or tax-exempt. All prices
indicated already reflect educational or institutional discounts. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment is accepted by school district purchase order, check or money order. Scepter 7 Technologies LLC does not accept
credit cards. International sales require bank wire or check drawn on a U.S. bank. Purchase orders must be approved
by Scepter 7 Technologies LLC credit department. All purchases not including appropriate tax exempt documentation will
be charged the appropriate taxes.
Installation support is included for thirty days from date of purchase. Annual support provides
for product support, feature enhancement updates, and technical support by e-mail.
